At the hotel, Café Pigalle, or Chambre 01, we welcome you without interruption, from the first light of day until late at night.

In the restaurant or out on the street, we chop, prep, and serve food for everyone. Every dish is created in collaboration with local artisans and suppliers.

Le Pigalle is a playground of flavors, reflecting the spirit of the neighborhood: octopus in the dining room, a croque-monsieur in your room, accras on the go, and espresso to take away.

Our wine selection — mostly natural — along with the cocktail menu and Café Pigalle offerings, all follow the same philosophy: simplicity and quality.
